OUR GUARANTEE

Mackenzie products are made to last. They are a lifetime investment.

As we believe in our products and know these are made to last, we will offer a five years guarantee against defective workmanship and materials.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us immediately and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a full refund.

Please be aware that you must return the goods purchased in the condition they were sent. Damaged goods will be deducted from the cost or not refunded at all.

Our handmade leather bags are fully guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials. If in years to come, your bag ever needs repairing we offer a full repair and refurbishment service.

REPAIRS & REFURBISHMENTS

Our bags are fully guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials.

We will happily repair or refurbish your bag in the first year for free if it is due to a manufacturing error. If you in years to come, need your bag repaired or refurbished, we are happy to advice you of the cost of that so that you can go on enjoying your bag for years to come.

LEATHER

As we use vegetable tanned leather, tones between the same colours may vary from time to time.

DELIVERY

As we create luxury handmade leather goods, we have different estimated times to fulfil your order, depending on the item made to order.

For Belts one week, Wallets and Accessories one to two weeks, Day Sporrans and small Shoulder & Handbags two to four weeks, large Shoulder & Handbags four to eight weeks, The Gladstones, Gladstonettes and Briefcases eight to twelve weeks.

We will always aim to complete your order before the stated duration when possible. If we have your order in stock then we will ship it within three working days and advice an estimates delivery date along with a tracking number.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom will be shipped with a next day delivery service or for smaller  items under £240 the service will be 2-4working days, all free of charge. We will always check with you a suitable day for posting your order.

For overseas orders we only use DHL global express or global economy.  This service is fully tracked, fast and secure. We also use the ‘go green’ service DHL provide as we care for our future and yours.

As an important part of our Go Green programme, DHL would like to offer you our GOGREEN CARBON NEUTRAL service, providing you with an environmentally responsible shipping option.
